If your goal is simply to generate the RSR and/or the ADR while continuing to use your current EMR system for data entry and other reporting, TRAX is a simple and efficient tool for accomplishing this task. We can help you extract the relevant data from your EMR, format it into TRAX-compatible CSV files, load the data into TRAX, use the CHEX spreadsheet to check for validation issues, generate the RSR or ADR XML files, and upload them to the EHB website.
Historically, more than half of all RSRs and ADRs submitted to the EHB have been generated from CAREWare. We can help CAREWare users import data using the Provider Data Import (PDI), run the CAREWare Validation Report to check for potential problems, generate the RSR or ADR XML files, re-import the XML into the CAREWare Viewer to check for completeness issues, and upload the files to the EHB. We are very familiar with CAREWare Custom Reports and can use these to investigate any validation or completeness issues or to figure out why report numbers don't meet expections.
